Participation Format: Teams of 3
Tournament Format: 8-team tournament battle
Battle Rules
For both solo and team battles, the winner of rock-paper-scissors decides the order of performance.
Solo Battles: Best 8, Best 4, and Finals are each 1minute / 1minute/ 1minute/ 1minute.
Team Battles: 2minutes/ 2minutes ; Finals are 3minutes / 3minutes.
Scoring Method: Solo battle win = 1 point, team battle win = 2 points. Three solo battles and one team battle are conducted, followed by judging. The team with the highest total points wins.
Judging Method: Only 3 judge votes. No audience votes.
Tiebreaker: A representative from each team will compete in a solo battle to determine the winner.
Entry Rules
Entry Conditions: Members must have been born in, currently live in, have lived in, or attended a school/workplace in the prefecture they represent.

Video Preliminaries
Entry Period: June 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024
Judging Period: July 1, 2024, to July 4, 2024
Announcement of Preliminary Results: July 5, 2024
Video Length: 2 minutes (a range of ±15 seconds is acceptable)
Video Upload: Upload a performance video of all 3 team members to YouTube (introductions are not included in the time limit).
Video Title: Team Name｜Rep ○○ KUNITORI vol.4 wildcard Replace ○○ with the name of the prefecture or district in English. Example: For Tokyo, use "Rep Tokyo"; for New York, use "Rep New York."
Video Preliminary Judging
Judges: YAMORI / chee / Riku Matsushima
Judging Method:
The three judges will evaluate all crews and rank them.
The ranks given by each judge will be summed for each crew, and the crews with the lowest total scores will be ranked highest.
The top 8 crews with the lowest total scores will advance to the main event.
In case of a tie, the crew with the higher individual ranks from the judges will be ranked higher. If still tied, the final ranking will be decided through discussions among the judges.
Important Notes
Equipment Use: The use of microphones and speakers is allowed, but excessive sound editing may result in disqualification.
Recording Requirements: The performance must be clearly visible. Lip-syncing is not allowed.
Streaming Consent: By completing your entry, you consent to the streaming of your performance at the event and the upload of the stream to YouTube.
